About Dean

Dean Naughton has been involved in Real Estate since 1992 when he obtained his Real Estate license. You could say Real Estate is in his blood; both his parents were successful Realtors, and it was a great fit for Dean. Dean sold Real Estate to put himself through college, and in 1997 he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. This degree would prove invaluable in continuing his career in Real Estate.

In 1998, Dean was offered a position as a Loan Originator with a national mortgage company. Looking for a new challenge, he accepted the offer and began originating loans. Dean quickly learned the mortgage side of the business and was soon winning awards for top production.

In 2002, Dean accepted an offer to run the operations of a mortgage brokerage and quadrupled the production and staff of the mortgage company within the year.  Later, he sold his ownership in the company to focus on his family and personal life.

In 2004, Dean was approached by the title industry to teach Realtors how to improve their business through training and technology, and by June 2004 he was offered a full time position with a national title company’s sales department.

In 2005 and 2006, Dean was named the top salesperson and has trained hundreds of Realtors in the Phoenix metro area. Dean believes that if Realtors had the tools and systems in place, they would be as successful as they want to be. The results of Dean’s training speak for itself.

Dean continued to fine tune his training talents and courses through the next several years. In February 2010, he was invited to be the Director of Training of Solutions Real Estate, an up and coming real estate company in the Phoenix/Scottsdale Arizona area, and San Diego California.  They are like minded, focusing on training, technology, and collaboration.

Dean’s professional mission statement shows his motivation and focus:
My mission is to improve the level of customer service within the sales industry through coaching, education, and systems so that we may be worthy of the rewards we receive and the respect we deserve.
