Dean Naughton started his sales career in 1992 and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology in 1997. By 2002, Dean was manager and part owner of a small company, and he quadrupled its production in less than a year. It wasn’t long before Dean was coaching others to create success. He has helped individuals, small businesses, and large companies use sound principles and systems to improve their culture and gain market share.
